The CrossFit Regina team which included Yorkton's Taryn Romanowich, competed in the CrossFit Games regional competition held recently in Vancouver. Competing were 23 teams, including a six-man team from Regina.

Twenty locals came out last Tuesday to take part in the Charity Road Race's Learn to Run at the Yorkton Regional High School. Sylvia Gay of Yorkton has been participating in the Road Race for three years and said she loves doing it.
