Forget resident and musician Ken Hamm was recognized nationally thanks to an award from Canadian Broadcasting Corporation recently.

Humane Society announces winner; year-end numbers

The Weyburn Humane Society drew a winner for their 50/50 raffle at their annual general meeting on December 15, giving one lucky resident some additional Christmas spending money. Minnie Borshowa of Weyburn won $2,715 from the raffle.
