The King drops by to entertain

"Pretty" is the word that best describes the first floor of our building. Red, pink and white Valentine decorations provided a cheerful setting for our party held Feb. 12. Fun prevailed over our choice of pool or shuffleboard mini-tournaments.

Dale and Debbie Kennedy of Lloydminster visited their mom, Theresa Kennedy. They were at the karaoke at the Legion clubroom. They stayed over and all had breakfast Sunday morning with Sam and Barb Kennedy.

Slide into fun this weekend

Bob Gregoire's Annual Sledding Funfest is coming up this weekend, March 5 and 6 at his farm outside Baldwinton. There are no fees to participate. Camp Circle of Friends will benefit from the money raised this weekend.

Seniors warm up with games day

The Neilburg Seniors held their regular games day Feb. 7 at the Friendship Korner. Top on the A side on the shuffleboard table were Marshall Jeffrey and Leo Christensen. Dorothy Harris and Marrian Graham were the runners up.

Seniors kick in for Telemiracle

The Battleford Hillcrest Seniors' Choir hosted a 19th annual Telemiracle Concert at their centre Feb. 20, raising just over $1,300.
