With the weekend almost over I am finally sitting down to write as I should have done a couple of days ago.

The weather seems to be helping out the spring seeding and garden causes. This weekend the ball diamond hosted the 17th annual Miners slo-pitch. Weather held out for a change. Sixteen teams participated for a $2,400 cash payout.
