During the month of May the exhibition in the Window Salon of the Chapel Gallery highlights the work of students from Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT).

Paynton had their annual spring ratepayers' supper and meeting April 20. The catering committee served up a delicious meal before the meeting and music began.

Vacant properties found vandalized with items missing

I think it is official. Several campers and fifth-wheel units have been going past our place and heading for the lake. I am not sure what they will be doing once they get there as the ice will still be there for another month.

Gearing up for achievement day

April 2 the Maidstone Gully Multiple 4-H Club held a club meeting where it was decided to sell cookbooks at the Maidstone Trade Fair April 14 and 15.

Diamonds ready for Minor Ball Day May 6

We didn't get the April showers we had hoped for, but gardeners are excited about the May flowers and with the greenhouses opening, we will soon see beautiful blooms around town again. Minor Ball Day is 小蓝视频 held May 6.

"I've never heard of a jewelry swap party," the first guest announced enthusiastically, while entering the door. This comment was made by most of the other ladies during the afternoon of fun at our home in Sonningdale April 14.

Centre hosts fitness association

Bingo was played at the centre April 4 with Margaret MacEachern and Jean Hartman doing the calling. Lunch was provided by Denise Newton. The loonie pot was divided between Dorothy Kissick and Marilyn Stewart.
