The Kinsmen PeeWee Yorkton Minor Football League season gets underway this week with four teams each playing twice on Wednesday. The Stampeders play the Lions and the Bombers play the Ti-Cats. Both games are at 4:30 p.m.

The Yorkton grandstand was packed for two days over the weekend. The event was put on by the Yorkton Exhibition Association. Wagon racers from all over Saskatchewan and some from Alberta met in Yorkton for a series race.
