The Alexander's Menswear Yorkton Junior Cardinals picked up their season at home over the weekend in a place they hadn't been too familiar with since their last home date back on June 3 when they hosted the Yorkton Yankees.

GHCC hours

The Gloria Hayden Community Centre's spring and summer hours of operation (May 17-Sept. 6) are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-12 noon, and 1 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

WMBL Cards

The Yorkton Cardinals are coming off three losses at the hands of the western division teams. They return home to try and get back into the win column tomorrow night when they play the Edmonton Prospects in back to back games starting Thursday night.

Tennis club schedule

The Yorkton Tennis Club has released its weekly schedule for 2010. All club activities will take place at the Western Development Museum courts. Play begins on Tuesday evenings with ladies play from 5-7 p.m.
