The Alexander's Yorkton Junior Cardinals were scheduled to play the Yorkton Yankees in crossover action between the Junior and Senior league. The Junior Cards then head off to Willowbrook and Melville on Thursday and Friday.

The Yorkton Tennis Club has released its weekly schedule for 2010. All club activities will take place at the Western Development Museum courts. Play begins on Tuesday evenings with ladies play from 5-7 p.m.

Yankees roughed up by Royals
The Yorkton E&S Yankees returned to the diamond June 1 against the visiting Willowbrook Royals after rained forced a postponement of their double-header Saturday in Swan River. Those games will be made up Sunday July 4 in the Manitoba town.
