A pot-luck Christmas social was held at the Dubuc Memorial Hall on Sun., Dec. 19 with over 60 people in attendance. Everyone filled up on the delicious supper dishes and fabulous desserts.

The government recently announced additional assistance to help people make good on their goal to quit smoking. Effective January 1, two smoking cessation prescription drugs will be covered under the provincial drug plan.

Film festival submission time

The Yorkton Film Festival will be accepting submission for its 2011 Festival season throughout January. Submissions will be accepted until the deadline of January 31, 2011 at which time the adjudication process will begin.
