Kamsack has once again received four blooms in the annual Communities in Bloom provincial competition.

At 1:30 p.m. on October 5, Dr. Parveen Kumar saw his first patient as a Kamsack doctor, and the first patient he has seen as a full-fledged doctor in Canada. 鈥淔amily practice is my passion,鈥� Kumar said last week, prior to seeing his first patient.

A Kamsack district resident has been selected by the Saskatchewan Hockey Association (SHA) to be a member of the 2017 female U18 Team Saskatchewan final roster.

A ribbon was cut last week to mark the grand opening of Parkland College鈥檚 new Kamsack Training Centre. Over the summer, the College had moved from its former location at Crowstand Centre to the Kamsack Shopping Plaza on First Street.
