Kamsack insurance company sold to international brokerage

Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced on June 4 that it has acquired Cottenie and Gardner Inc. (Cottenie & Gardner), said a release from Hub International. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
