Staff at a late night convenience store reported a theft very early Thursday morning, as an individual filled a basket with items and walked out without paying.

The Class of 2024 celebrated their grad day with a parade on Saturday afternoon, which travelled east on Prairie Avenue and west on Bison Avenue to avoid the car show on downtown. The ceremonies were held in the morning, and the grand march followed the parade.

The Class of 2024 was encouraged to celebrate and make memories, and to set goals to find success as they move on from the Weyburn Comp School, in the Valedictorian鈥檚 address.

The annual show-and-shine in Weyburn was put on by the Soo Line Cruisers on Saturday, with over 200 antique, vintage and classic cars, trucks and even some snowmobiles, with non-profit groups offering barbecues, along live music in the downtown core.

A total of 34 Saskatchewan RMs were affected.聽

All four students spoke highly of the encouragement they received from their teachers at the Weyburn Comp,

June is Pride Month, when the world鈥檚 2SLGBTQI+ communities and allies come together and celebrate the freedom to be themselves.

Weyburn City Council consists of a mayor and six councillors, elected for a term of four years.

There is聽approximately $1.2 million in committed funding to help get this project off the ground.

The Weyburn Police Service conducted two High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) projects during the past week.
