WEYBURN – The best floats in the Parade of Lights were named by the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce, which organized the annual event on Thursday evening.
The float from Weyburn Security was named the Best Float by a Business.
The float from the Canadian Mental Health Association’s Weyburn centre was named the Best Float by an Organization.
Altogether the parade had 45 floats this year.
A number of the floats will be part of the Sparkles display at River Park, put on by Weyburn Tourism. The official opening for the displays is Monday, Dec. 5, and it will be in place until Jan. 8, 2023.
