NORTH PORTAL - Officers with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) at the North Portal border crossing recently seized firearms.
According to the CBSA Prairie region's Twitter feed, a traveller tried to enter Canada with three guns and 25 magazines, all prohibited in Canada.
The individual was caught, paid a $3,500 penalty for failing to declare, and returned to the U.S. without the firearms.
