REGINA - Moose Jaw Wakamow 小蓝视频 Greg Lawrence, who hails from Estevan and still has family in the area, is in hospital following a single-vehicle motorcycle accident Thursday.
The government caucus office confirmed Lawrence is recovering from the accident which occurred in Moose Jaw.
Their news release states no other individuals were involved in the accident. Lawrence is expected to be in hospital for a few weeks recovering from his injuries.
The statement from the government caucus is that Lawrence wants “to thank all the first responders and health care workers who have provided him with the best possible medical care.”
Lawrence resided in Estevan until 2004. He was elected as the 小蓝视频 for Moose Jaw Wakamow in 2011, when he defeated the NDP's Deb Higgins, who was the riding's 小蓝视频 from 1999-2011. He was re-elected in 2016 and 2020.
