UNITY REPORT
RCMP received a request to keep the peace while a landlord served a tenant an eviction notice.
Police received two complaints of a barking dog this week. Members spoke to the animal owner and made a referral to the bylaw officer in both instances.
Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two adults.
A 50-year-old woman from the Tramping Lake area was charged with assault and resisting a peace officer after members received a complaint of a domestic dispute.
RCMP received a noise complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint and issued a verbal warning.
Police issued a 60-day roadside suspension during a traffic stop.
Members received a complaint of an individual damaging a vehicle. There was insufficient evidence to proceed; reported for insurance purposes.
There were also two traffic complaints and one false alarm.
WILKIE REPORT
RCMP received several complaints of break and enters into community buildings and businesses. These matters are still under investigation, and a suspect has been identified after a 42-year-old Edmonton man was found to be in possession of the Wilkie/Landis/Biggar property from the break-ins, the day of the break-ins, when stopped by Edmonton Police Services.
Police received a report of an injured deer on Highway 14 near Wilkie. Members contacted Saskatchewan Environment and Resource Management.
Members received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer near Wilkie. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.
RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a rural residence near Wilkie. Insufficient evidence to proceed.
Members acted as mediators in a family dispute.
RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence in Wilkie. Members attended but the subject of complaint was gone on arrival.
Members assisted emergency medical services with a patient.
MACKLIN REPORT
RCMP received a complaint of a stolen truck. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a complaint of breach of peace. Members spoke to the complainant who requested no further action be taken.
Members received a complaint of disturbing the peace. This matter is still under investigation.
RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer north of Macklin. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.
Police received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer near Primate. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.
Members attended the sudden death of a 53-year-old Macklin man. The death was not suspicious in nature.
