Police ask for public's help finding wanted man

If you see Fulton, do not approach him; he may be armed and is considered dangerous.

PRINCE ALBERT AREA - A man is wanted relating to an aggravated assault that led to a recent emergency alert involving dangerous persons in the Prince Albert area. The emergency alert has since been lifted.

As a result of continued investigation by the Saskatchewan RCMP General Investigation Section, on Oct. 31, charges were laid and a warrant issued for the arrest of 27-year-old Dallas Fulton, from Prince Albert, for the following offences in relation to the Oct. 24 incidents: aggravated assault; robbery with firearm; discharge firearm with intent; unlawfully causing bodily harm; possess a weapon for a dangerous purpose; pointing a firearm; possession of a firearm without a licence; possession of a firearm in a vehicle; careless use of a firearm.

Fulton is described as 小蓝视频 approximately 120 pounds, 5'5" tall, with brown eyes and black hair. There is a tattoo of a sad face on his right hand and a tattoo of a happy face on his left hand.  

He has connections to and may be in the Prince Albert, Rosthern and Duck Lake areas, but this is not confirmed.

If you see Fulton, do not approach him; he may be armed and is considered dangerous. If you see him, or know where he is, please report it to police immediately by calling 911 or 310-RCMP in non-emergencies, or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.

Angus Heathen is also charged with the following additional offences: possession contrary to a prohibition order; and failure to comply with a probation order.

Police say the investigation continues into last week’s incidents to determine if any connections exist to any other occurrences or investigations.
