PRINCE ALBERT – One man has been arrested after an armed robbery in Prince Albert. No one was hurt.
On March 29 at approximately 5:50 p.m., police responded to a business in the 400 block of 15th Street East for a report of an armed robbery.
Police say two unknown males entered the business and one of the males allegedly brandished a firearm and demanded money. The suspects then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
Just over an hour later while patrolling the area near the 小蓝视频 Hill Mall, officers located a male matching the description of the suspect who brandished the firearm. The male was arrested without further incident and, upon a search of his person, a firearm was located and seized.
The area was checked for the second suspect, however officers were unable to locate anyone matching the description.
A 26-year-old man has now been charged with armed robbery and disguise with intent.
