Since I had nothing better to do in the office today, I thought I would do a follow-up on my previous column the great box office slump. Like any movie, my column deserves a sequel, too.

Wow, that was fast. I've barely figured out I should be filling 2011 in the blank on my cheques and it is already time to change. A year can bring about many changes in the world, the community and in ourselves.

You would think 10 years notice would be enough time to start making changes. When it comes to health care spending by Canadian governments, that's simply not the case.
