New Horizons executive held a meeting yesterday Sept. 17. We plan on our usual Tuesday afternoon curling, starting Oct. 13.

MELFORT 鈥� The Melfort Mustangs has acquired a goaltender from the Kindersley Klippers. Steven Bacovsky, a 19 year old from Calgary, was traded in exchange for a player development fee and a fourth round draft pick in 2021.

HUMBOLDT 鈥� A new goalie from B.C. has been added to the Humboldt Broncos鈥� stable. Tanner Marshall, a 20 year old from Kelowna, B.C., has been traded to the Broncos from the B.C. Hockey League鈥檚 Merritt Centennials for a player development fee.

As Saskatchewan continues to re-open and students return to the classroom in September, the 鈥渘ew normal鈥� is going to look different. It may not include full competition in the vast majority of sports, both inside and outside of school.
