MEADOW LAKE – A woman charged with forcible confinement, aggravated assault, and mail theft is headed to trial.

The trial for 37-year-old Brenda Partridge is scheduled for Dec. 15 in Meadow Lake Provincial Court.

A warrant for Partridge’s arrest was issued after a woman was threatened, assaulted, and forcibly confined by several people in a home on 3rd Avenue West in Meadow Lake on Jan. 29. Police say the woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

During their investigation, police noticed a large quantity of mail in the home. They secured the residence and obtained a search warrant. Starting in November 2021, Meadow Lake RCMP started receiving numerous calls of mailboxes 小蓝视频 damaged and stolen packages and letters.

Police also charged 19-year-old Dallas Gunn and 20-year-old Montana Morin. Morin has a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 2023 and Gunn is back in court Aug. 2 to speak to his matters.

North Battleford General Investigation Section and North Battleford Forensic Identification Services assisted Meadow Lake RCMP in the investigation.
