THE BATTLEFORDS — Battlefords RCMP responded to 463 calls for service in the period from Wednesday, Nov. 9 through Tuesday, Nov. 15.

• A 40-year-old woman was arrested after striking a security guard while 小蓝视频 escorted out of a business on Railway Avenue in North Battleford shortly after 4 p.m. on Nov. 12. The victim was not injured during the incident. The accused has since been released from custody and is facing one count of assault.
• Call of an assault in progress at a residence on the 1200 block of 96th Street in North Battleford shortly before 1 p.m. on Nov. 13. A woman in her 20s reported 小蓝视频 struck in the head several times with a hammer during an argument. A 30-year-old woman was arrested on scene and is facing charges of assault with a weapon and failing to comply with an undertaking. The accused made her first appearance in court on Nov. 14. The victim was transported to hospital for treatment for injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.
• Call of an assault on 12th Avenue in North Battleford at 4 a.m. on Nov. 15. Accused struck victim while they were driving through the area before exiting the vehicle and leaving on foot. Police arrested a 39-year-old woman a short distance away who is now facing charges of failing to comply with a release order and assault. The victim sustained minor injuries during the incident.
Six break and enter investigations.
Report of an attempted break in to a business compound on the 700 block of 107th Street in North Battleford reported on evening of Nov. 13. Suspect(s) cut through a chain link fence, unknown if entry gained.
Two vehicle thefts.
15 mental health investigations.
19 traffic collisions.
Three individuals charged with impaired driving.
Several reports of a vehicle travelling the wrong way on Highway 4 south of Battleford shortly after 10 p.m. on Nov. 12. The suspect vehicle eventually left the road and struck a light post. The driver and lone occupant was taken to hospital for treatment of injuries. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in this incident. The matter remains under investigation, no charges have yet been laid.
