An independent artist whose new album, The Montana Kid, comes out May 2 will be playing in North Battleford Saturday, May 7.

The house concert season is well underway, and the next offering locally is a performance at the Labman-Kramm venue in West Park, Battleford. It's this Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Humboldt is in the musical season in April with the Annual Humboldt and District Music Festival kicking off with the band, string, and guitar competitions Apr. 11-12.

Fans of Elvis Presley in the Battlefords can get ready for the ultimate tribute to the 鈥淜ing鈥� on May 14. That is when the Dekker Centre hosts Donny Edwards performing The King 鈥� A Musical Tribute to Elvis Presley. The show starts at 8 p.m.

The cast of the Vagina Monologues is set to make a debut performance of See You Next Tuesday in a dinner theatre style at the Don Ross Centre next Saturday.
