HUMBOLDT — Residents of Humboldt will be given a chance to celebrate Humboldt Collegiate Institute’s graduates of 2021 with a drive-by procession. The event will happen on Tuesday, June 29 starting at 6 p.m. and going until 7 p.m or 7:30 p.m.

Non-profit music group SaskMusic is looking to help in further promoting Indigenous music and its artists of the province, where they hope to find a partner to organize a concert for next year especially with COVID restrictions easing up.

MELFORT — In what could have been a much more lethal outcome, six domestic rabbits were retrieved by concerned citizens who found them abandoned at the PFRA reservoir southeast of Melfort.

Has anyone noticed the beautiful butterflies fluttering around this spring? They go for all different types of flowers. Earlier in May, small white ones were plentiful and resembled cabbage butterflies, but that would be too early in the season.
