The up and down Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League season of the Yorkton Terriers continued this past week. In fact, the swings in fortune were in some ways encapsulated in Flin Flon last Tuesday.

With a trio of wins over the last seven days the Yorkton Xerox Terriers of the SBAAHL have ran their league-best undefeated streak to 22 games.

The Yorkton Gardon Crushers were handed their third loss of the 2015/16 СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Sask Female Hockey League (SSFHL) Bantam ‘A’ season last Wednesday, falling to the Regina Cougars by a score of 5-4.

Jarret Stoll has a new NHL home. The Minnesota Wild picked up the 12-year NHL veteran off waivers. The 33-year-old former Yorkton resident was put on waivers by the New York Rangers after scoring one goal and picking up two assists in 29 games.
