SASKATOON – A 30-year-old woman suffered severe burns after she was assaulted with boiling water, say police.
Saskatoon Police Service say they were called to a home in the 200 block of Ave. R СÀ¶ÊÓƵ at about 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 7 for a report that someone was assaulted with boiling water. The woman was taken to hospital in stable condition.
A 29-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault.
Police say the suspect and victim are known to each other.
