YORKTON - Kane Procyshen and Aidan Leslie are headed west to continue their football careers.
The pair, both members of the Yorkton Regional High School Raiders Gridders in 2022, have signed letters to play with the Nanaimo Vancouver Island Raiders this fall.
The Vancouver Island Raiders are a Canadian Junior Football team based in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The Raiders play in the six-team B.C. Football Conference.
Procyshen will anchor the offense providing pass protection as well as 小蓝视频 a force in the run game for the VI Raiders while Leslie’s skill set will be an addition to the Raiders air attack as a wide receiver allowing them to have a vertical threat in the passing game, offered Yorkton coach Jason Boyda.
The Island Raider season begins July 29.
