The Yorkton Terriers went on the road after a week away from game action and returned with three Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League points.
The Terriers won one contest, then lost in a shoot-out to raise their record to 9-10-0-1 for 19 points and third place in the league's Sherwood Conference, trailing first place Estevan, who have 28 points, and Weyburn in second with 26 points.
Melville sits fourth with 18 points, followed by Notre Dame with 16 and Kindersley with 14.
In Nipawin Saturday, the Hawks scored first on a goal by Tyler Paslawski, only to have Brent Struble tie the game 1-1 with a powerplay late in the first period.
The Terriers took a 3-1 lead after two periods on goals by Ryon Sookro and Devon McMullen.
Nipawin knotted the game with third period scores by Adam Reichert and Keenan Martens.
The five-minute, four-on-four, overtime decided nothing, sending the game to the shoot-out, where the two teams would cycle through 16 shooters before the Hawks recorded the 4-3 win.
Warren Shymko took the loss in the Yorkton net facing 42-shots.
Friday the Terriers were in Flin Flon, where they took a 2-0 lead in the first period on goals by Keven Cann and Struble, before Bomber Riley Storzuk made it 2-1 late in the frame.
Jamie Vlanich made it 3-1 Terriers with the only goal of the second period.
An empty-net goal by Curtis Oliver rounded out scoring to give Yorkton a 4-1 win.
Shymko was in the Terrier nets, facing 35-shots in the win.

The Terriers remain on the road this week. They will be in Kindersley tonight (Wednesday), then pull into The Battlefords for action Thursday.
Tuesday Yorkton travels to Weyburn to play the Red Wings.
