Registrations followed a pancake breakfast to kick off the 30th annual Kelvington Trail Blazer snowmobile derby on February 6. There were 221 riders participating in the 100-mile trek through the forest.

Twenty four participants chosen to perform for Parkland Music Festival final concert

After close to 350 performers participated in the Parkland Music Festival at the Canora Composite School during the week, a number of the top candidates performed for the final concert on February 13. About 75 persons attended the concert.
