With COVID-19 restrictions easing people are getting out and having some summer fun. Friday, Yorkton鈥檚 Darcy Zaharia took the family to visit the petting zoo at Canora Beach on Good Spirit Lake.

The wonderful weather Saturday was perfect for a horse ride. So, that is exactly what Kristina, Jillian and Emma Just did for some morning relaxation on their farm west of Yorkton.

Life is set to be easier for deafblind people in Saskatchewan. A new service will soon be on offer in the province by CNIB Deafblind Community Services, marking the first time it has been offered outside of Ontario.

A resident in the North who tested positive for COVID-19 has died. The individual was in their 20s. This brings the total number of deaths in the province to 15. There is one new case of COVID-19 to report on July 7, bringing the total to 806 cases.

Yorkton RCMP have located one of two wanted suspects in relation to an armed robbery that occurred on June 28 th , 2020.

On July 2, 2020, Moosomin RCMP along with EMS,聽and Moosomin Fire & Rescue聽responded to a聽single vehicle聽rollover on a narrow and uneven grid road located approximately 5 kms聽south and聽18 kms west of聽Moosomin.

The Yorkton RCMP is requesting the public鈥檚 assistance in locating two subjects who are wanted in relation to an armed robbery that occurred on June 28 th , 2020.
