UPDATE - Super League curling play-offs postponed
KAMSACK - Duck Mountain Super League curling play-offs, scheduled for January 11 at the Broda Sportsplex in Kamsack, have been postponed.
League CEO Tom Jordens, reacting to widespread COVID-19 infections in and around the community, made the decision and has notified all players.
“We will finish the Duck Mountain Super League competition sometime in early March,” said Jordens. Men’s teams from Swan River, Canora, Kamsack, Benito, Norquay and Madge Lake completed their regular six-game curling season January 4. Semi-final and final games will be played when curling resumes.
After seven weeks of round-robin competition, Duck Mountain Super League (DMSL) curling teams from Canora, Norquay, Swan River, Benito, Madge Lake and Kamsack will meet again for play-offs at the Broda Sportsplex in Kamsack.
