A former Canora resident is СÀ¶ÊÓƵ inducted into a university hall of fame for her sports accomplishments.

Canora residents, as well as visitors from Yorkton and Edmonton, honoured the Keen Age Centre members who celebrated a birthday over the summer with a social. A total of 65 people attended the celebration held on August 28 at the Keen Age Centre.

About the last thing either the province or the Saskatchewan Party need right now is more division. While one might think tough economic times bring people together, they sometimes really don’t.

A trip down memory lane was taken recently while I was straightening a drawer with many photos of family and friends waiting to be put in albums. A job that was intended for an hour or two took up the major part of the day.

Not that long ago, I decided it was finally time for a full-scale replacement of our old appliances.
