REGINA - A man found guilty of abducting his seven-year-old daughter to keep her from getting a COVID-19 vaccination has appeared in the Regina Court of King's Bench again.
On Friday, 55-year-old Michael Gordon Jackson, of Carievale, had his matter adjourned to Oct. 21, to continue his sentencing hearing.
In January of 2022, Saskatchewan RCMP issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Jackson, after he was charged with abduction in contravention of a custody or parenting order.
Jackson and his daughter were located in Vernon, B.C., over a month later.
