Chance, Theresa born April 27, 1912 passed away peacefully on March 12, 2016 at the age of 103 years. Theresa was predeceased by her parents, August and Elizabeth Ortman; husband, Lester Chance; daughter, Donna Slorach; sons in law, George Slorach and Glenn Gadd; brothers and sisters in law, Joe (Marj), Pete (Beth) and Nick (Thelma) and grandson, Kyle Yakamovich. Theresa will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Edna Gadd and Lorna (Jerry) Yakamovich; adopted son, Gary Ericksen; grandchildren, Leslie (Steve) Field, Brenda Gadd, David Gadd, Kim (Michael) Maan and Kevin (Debbie) Yakamovich; great grandchildren, Deidra Buskey, Katelyn and Madison Yakamovich as well as numerous nieces, nephews and step great grandchildren.聽 The family wishes to thank everyone for their kindness and expressions of sympathy. During times like this we realize how much family and friends mean to us.聽 A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Reverend John Ferrier officiating. A luncheon and tea will follow the service at Wheatland Senior Centre at 888 1st Avenue, NE.
