Margaret Cornelia Albers, late of Weyburn, passed away October 25, 2016, at the age of 95 years. Margaret was predeceased by her parents: Milton and Lucille Gravelle; her husband Anton Albers; daughter Wendy Rose; great grandson Dylan Therens; sister Jean Knutson. Margaret is survived by her children: Connie (Len) Therens, Swan River, MB; son-in-law Floyd Rose, Regina; Bill Albers, Kamloops, BC; Heather (Garth) Schmidt, Lethbridge, AB; grandchildren: Cindy (Ward) Streifel, Mark (Pam) Therens, Tammy (Wayne) Rose, Tanya (Keith) Rainville, Jamie (Jason) Wood, Brett (Carey-Ann) Albers; nine great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Calvin Gravelle, Cliff (Helen) Gravelle, Stella (Norman) Shaver, Claire (Don) Rose; brother-in-law Fess Albers; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Service of Remembrance for Margaret was held on Saturday, October 29, at 11:00 am from the Church of Christ, Weyburn, with John Smith officiating. Lunch was held at the Church of Christ with interment following at the Bengough Cemetery.
