Frank passed away on May 13, 2014 at 89 years of age. He was predeceased by his wife, Nellie in 1999 and is survived by two sons, Harold of Weyburn, and Harv (Heather) of Calgary, Alberta and two grandchildren, Julia (Adam) and Marshall. In accordance with Frank's wishes, no formal service will be held. Those wishing to do so may make a donation in Frank's name to the Weyburn & District Hospital Foundation at Box 1416, Weyburn, Saskatchewan, S4H 3J9. A special thanks to the Overbye family for their support and inclusion of Frank in their lives in his latter years; he was truly blessed.
