Betty Jean Aldred, born March 20, 1936 passed away peacefully at the Radville Marian Health Centre on September 24, 2013 at the age of 77 years. Betty was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Golda Peters; brothers, Earl, Hobart and Archie and sister, Gloria. Betty will be lovingly remembered by her children, Debbie (Rick) Kaufmann of Radville, and Lloyd (Sherry) Aldred of London, ON; seven grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as her dear friend, Reg. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26 at 11:00 AM from Ceylon United Church, Celyon with Kathy Gudnason officiating. Interment took place in the Ceylon Cemetery. Pallbearers were Mike Kaufmann, Reg Layton, Wes Powers, Bill Peters, Sean Kessler and Byron Ledingham. Honourary Pallbearers were all in attendance.
