In the Leader-Post of January 7, 2012, I read that the President of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) said, "There is no sugar coating the effects of impaired driving." She was speaking to students at Sheldon Williams Collegiate. Rather than lecture, the presentation consisted of a graphic video showing the students the effects of drinking and driving. One student commented, "It was very hard to watch, but if it's not graphic kids can't see the reality of impaired driving, so I think it's very helpful."
At the Saskatchewan Pro-Life Convention (SPLA), April 13 and 14, 2012 in Regina participants also witnessed graphic images. It was not of vehicles and bodies mangled as a result of an accident, it was of unborn babies mutilated as a result of abortion. In the abortion procedure, unborn babies are torn from the womb dismembering them as when a child pulls his/her doll to pieces! Graphic? Yes, True? Yes.
We must see these graphic images so we too can seek the reality of abortion. We must make visible this injustice to the innocent. A picture is worth a thousand words. We have to SEE IT. BELIEVE IT. END IT. There is no sugar coating of this tragedy either!
Mothers who became aware and determined initiated MADD. Likewise were BIRTHRIGHT for the unborn, and RACHEL'S VINEYARD and SILENT NO MORE for mothers who had abortions.
Our Premier is happy with our population growth, but we suffer a loss of over 2,000 babies a year through abortion funded by our tax dollars.
