The Weyburn Pee Wee "AA" Young Fellows played two games on the road last week losing out to both Estevan and Carlyle.
Last Sunday, the Young Fellows played the Estevan Sherritt Coal Bruins.The Bruins claimed the first two goals in the first period leaving the Young Fellows scoreless.
In the second period, Conor LaFoy was able to score the first goal for the Young Fellows with an assist from Kane Altwasser. The Young Fellows managed to keep the Bruins from scoring any goals in the second.
The Bruins came out in the third period, scoring another two goals. Conor LaFoy scored the second goal for the Young Fellows with the help of Brayden Barsness and Kane Altwasser. The game ended with a 4-2 loss for the Young Fellows.
The Young Fellows were back on the road Thursday night to Carlyle where they took a 16-2 loss against the Moose Mountain Wild.The Wild scored seven goals in the first period with the Young Fellows unable to put one in the net.
In the second period, the Wild scored another four goals and the Young Fellows Kane Altwasser scored the first goal for the Young Fellows unassisted.
In the third period, the Wild managed to score five more goals with the Young Fellows Andrew Hulbert scoring one goal with an assist by Kolten Ganson.
The Young Fellows are back in action October 30 and 31 with a double header against Melville.
