Cody Hall was named the Jason Mercer Memorial Linesman of the Year in the PJHL. Presenting Cody with the award are Kaleb Mercer (Jason鈥檚 son) and SHA Supervisor Lyle Wilhelm. Hall is from Assiniboia and played for the 小蓝视频ern Rebels. He currently resides in Regina where he juggles playing senior hockey while officiating in the PJHL, SJHL and WHL.
