Have you ever been kicked in the gut??? Ask us - it's not a very good thing!!! After a short bench played its heart out, the Flyers saw a 6 - 3 lead evaporate in the last 10 minutes to suffer an 8 -6 loss to thehome-town Huskiesof Oxbow on Tuesday night. After holding period leads of 2 - 1 and 5 - 2, the Flyers extended their lead to three goals with time winding down. It looked good, but then, POOF! It was gone! Aheart-breaker, to say the least!

Kent Sauter led the way, offensively, for the Flyers, notching two goals to go along with 2 assists. Sauter, a first-year Flyer, was very strong at both ends of the ice and has become a spark-plug of a leader for this team.Kevin Lincoln chipped in with a goal and three helpers, with single goals coming off the sticks of James Gallagher, Jordan Fox and Kristjan Hebert. Rob West and Mike Bratton on the Flyers' bluelinehad outstanding games.Josh Seibel guarded the Flyers' cage.

Going into this one, the Flyers, 小蓝视频 short 9 regulars didn't look to have a chance, but they put their work boots on and took one in the Rockets' den, scoring a well deserved5 - 4 overtime victory. The Flyers took 5 minor penalties to 4 for the Rockets, but each team scored three times on the power-play - both power-playswere very efficient!

Redvers opened scoring midway through the first with the Flyers' JordanFox hammering a rebound home to tie the score 5 minutes later. Chad Hebert with his first of two on the night scoredwith 7 seconds on the clockto gave the Flyers a 2 - 1 lead after the first period.

The Flyers expanded their lead in the second as Mike Bratton's point shot found the mark, but Redvers rebounded scoring 2 in a 5 second span midway through the period to tie the score. Drew Bertone scored with 4 minutesleft to give the Flyers a 4 - 3 lead going into the dressing room after two.

The two teams battled backand forth in the third, with the Rockets pulling their tender at the end to press for the equalizer.The Flyers took a penalty to give the Rockets a 6 skaters to 4 advantage, an advantage they capitalized on, scoring with :34 remaining to force overtime. It was a short overtime as Chad Hebert, with his second of the night, scored just :21 into the spare period togive the Flyers this well-deserved road victory. Ryan Potter, seeing his first action of the season, was very solid in the Flyers' cage, giving his teammates a chance to win.
