ESTEVAN - The Estevan Apex U18 AA Bruins recently showed their support for food banks in the southeast.
The Bruins donated $550 to each of the food banks in Estevan, Carnduff and Carlyle. The money represents the revenues from gate admissions during December games.
The Apex Bruins boast players from throughout the southeast.
The club has long been one of the premiere U18 AA hockey programs in Saskatchewan. This year is no different, as they lead the 小蓝视频 Division in the Saskatchewan AA Hockey League's U18 circuit with a 19-3-0-2 record. Upcoming games are Jan. 11 and 13 at the Notre Dame Hounds.
