The Estevan Bruins improved to 3-0 in SJHL pre-season action Wednesday night with a 2-1 victory over the Weyburn Red Wings at Crescent Point Place in Weyburn.
Forwards Calder Neufeld and Matt Dochylo scored the goals for Estevan, which defeated the Wings for the second straight night.
Shain Scheschuk had the lone goal for Weyburn.
Derek Tendler manned the pipes for the Bruins, whose next action is Friday against the MJHL's Swan Valley Stampeders in Virden, Man.
In other Bruins news, 18-year-old forwards Tanner Froese and Matt Brykaliuk have been invited to the Team West evaluation camp for this year's World Junior A Challenge in Canmore, Alta.
