The Estevan Bruins dropped the third straight game in their best-of-seven series with the Yorkton Terriers, with a 3-2 loss Wednesday night.

Shea Cooper was pelted last night with 46 pucks, making 43 saves, 19 of which he turned aside in the opening period. Troy Hunter scored the game's first goal for the Bruins, from Dominic Perrault and Joel Kot.

After Yorkton tied the game, Jonathan Ceci gave the Bruins their second lead, with Perrault and Kot each collecting another assist.

Up 2-1 in the third, the Terriers tied the game shorthanded.

The game-winning goal came with 1:22 left in the game, putting a dagger in the Bruins' hopes of a series comeback. The Bruins were unable to tie it back up with the goalie pulled in the final minute.

Game four is at the Civic Auditorium Friday night at 7:30.
