This week's podium at Estevan Motor Speedway has been brought to you by Turnbull Racing. The local racing trio - Aaron, Tyson, and Ed - turned in a team-record performance Saturday by finishing one-two-three in the second IMCA modified feature race of the season at EMS."It was awesome. That's never happened before," said Aaron Turnbull, who won his second consecutive race to start the season.Turnbull's track-record 18th career modified win at the Speedway came on a night of repeats. Nathan Burke won the IMCA street stock feature and Dana Brandt emerged victorious in the IMCA hobby stock feature, just as they did in the Speedway's season opener May 15.Brandt now leads the hobby stock class by four points, while Burke has a seven-point cushion atop his division.Turnbull, who started Saturday's feature in 13th, leads second-place Hank Berry by nine."I got up to second behind my dad (Ed) there and I thought Eddy had her in the bag, then the caution came out with five laps to go and I kind of got lucky I guess," said Turnbull."I was definitely 小蓝视频 cautious because I was happy with second since I started back in 13th, so I was just happy to get up that far and I wasn't going to do anything to ruin a second-place finish."It's been a far more enjoyable start to the season for Turnbull than it was last year, when the 2007 mod champion failed to finish twice and had just one top-five result in his first four races."The car's been working good and everything is holding together," he said. "I've got a pretty good base line setup that seems to work on just about any track and I just fine tune it from there depending on what the track conditions are."The next scheduled races at EMS are part of a doubleheader weekend June 19 and 20.
