The weekly RCMP report is prepared with the assistance of the Carlyle RCMP. Issues involving the Mental Health Act, among others, are not reported.
The report this week covers the period of March 19 - March 25. The detachment assisted with 45 calls.
March 19
Police issued a $90 ticket to a 29-year-old for 小蓝视频 drunk in a public place, as she was located by members on patrol walking - while grossly intoxicated - south on highway 9. Members gave her a ride home.
Police issued a $280 ticket to a 24-year-old male on highway 13 near Arcola for driving without reasonable consideration for others.
There was a false alarm at a business in Arcola.
March 20
Members attended to an accident on highway 13 west of Redvers, where a semi slid into the ditch. Icy road conditions were a contributing factor. A 54-year-old male was charged with driving without due care and attention.

Carlyle RCMP members are investigating a theft reported at a business in Forget.
There was a false alarm at a residence in Carlyle.
Approximately 1,200 to 1,400 litres of diesel fuel were reported stolen from a service rig site near Kisbey.
Police are investigating an incident whereby a broken down vehicle left on the highway near Redvers overnight was vandalized.
The Carlyle RCMP detachment received notification of a possible impaired driver in the Kenosee Lake area. Members managed to locate the vehicle and learned the driver was not intoxicated. However, the 38-year-old female driver had outstanding arrest warrants from Regina and Weyburn.
March 21
Police were notified of a motor vehicle accident that occurred one mile south of Kisbey. The driver had been travelling north when a strong wind pushed his vehicle towards the ditch. The snow alongside the road pulled the vehicle into the ditch, thereby causing it to roll. There were no charges laid.
A 30-year-old male on parole was arrested for shoplifting from the liquor store in Carlyle. As a result, his parole was remanded and he was brought back to correction centre. He has since been charged with theft under $5,000.
There was an accident on highway 13 near Kisbey. A 20-year-old female driver rolled the vehicle into the ditch. There were no injuries. No charges were laid.
Police were called to a location on highway 9 near White Bear Lake Golf Course as a caller reported two apparently intoxicated males running on the highway. Members located one extremely intoxicated 23-year-old male. He was lodged in cells overnight to sober up. The second individual had reportedly tried to get the 23-year-old off the road.
The detachment received a 911 call from a caller concerned about a dangerous hazard on highway 8 near Redvers, as a white pick-up truck was sitting on the side of the highway. The truck had recently been pulled out of the ditch. It was later towed to Redvers.
Police were informed of a rolled car in the ditch along highway 9 south of Carlyle.
A hit-and-run occurred to a vehicle parked at a business in Redvers.
March 22
There was an alarm at the high school in Carlyle. Police attended but did not see any signs of forced entry.
Carlyle RCMP assisted Regina Police Service by executing a search warrant on a 38-year-old female. She was released on documents to appear in court.
Members helped two individuals resolve a dispute.
Police were notified of a vehicle tearing around Carlyle and spinning all over streets. Members made patrols but were not able to locate vehicle.
Police are investigating a possible credit card theft.
Several callers reported a truck on its roof in the ditch along highway 13 coming into Carlyle. RCMP want to remind people members do try and put police tape up around a vehicle once they are aware of the situation, therefore, if police tape is present, police are aware.
There were a couple calls to 911 from a business in Antler that were the result of phone line issues.
Police are investigating a possible stolen vehicle in the area.
A caller from the area requested police assistance in removing an unwanted individual from a home. Police were unable to attend at the time, and the caller was notified.
RCMP members were informed by a father in Redvers that his daughter rolled his truck due to icy road conditions. There were no injuries, but the truck was totalled.
A 23-year-old male was arrested on a Regina Police Service warrant for failure to appear.
March 23
Police are investigating an incident whereby a grey Dodge pick-up truck passed an ambulance with flashing lights. The driver was talking on the phone. The ambulance attendants provided police with a license plate number. This is a reminder that people are required to slow down around emergency vehicles in order to allow them to do their job.
March 24
Members are investigating a case of harassing phone calls in Wawota.
A vehicle struck two deer west of Manor on highway 13. The vehicle sustained damage, leaving it in a non-driveable condition.
March 25
Police had received a call regarding a white car that was swerving on the highway west of Carlyle. The file was not updated at press time.
