City resident Ron Endicott shares his concerns with a city employee, as water from a broken main fills the intersection at Second Street and First Avenue on Feb. 7, causing the closure of Second Street down to Prairie Avenue, and First Avenue was cut down to one lane of traffic.
The closure continued into the week as works crews dug the intersection up to make repairs, with most of the water gone by the next day.
