ASSINIBOIA -- Sunday Funday was a day-long celebration for the end of summer. A number of community events were held at Centennial Park throughout the day on Sunday, August 29.
This free event was held courtesy of all the sponsors of the Better Together Lunches that were held during the summer.
“Our community continues to amaze me, we are truly better together,” said Stephanie VanDeSype, recreation and community wellness manager for the Town of Assiniboia.
Activities included bouncy houses, lawn games and a number of special entertainment. The pool concession was open during the day.
All of the events were free to attend.
