Mule deer rested and foraged in a field near Campbell Street on Assiniboia’s northwest outskirts on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, during a day of -6 C lows and highs of 4-6 C with sun, clouds and westerly winds interchanging from the south to the north.
Although Friday chilled from 0 to -9 C, the moderate weather promised to hang around for the weekend – with this moderating weather in mind for much of early December, flurries were expected on Wednesday, Dec. 9 for the Assiniboia/Gravelbourg area of СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Central Saskatchewan, thereafter a cooling off period would continue on Thursday evening then leading into Friday, Dec. 11.
Snow was expected to reappear again on Dec. 12 accompanied with lows of -10 C. until Dec. 13, when dryer but colder weather appeared to be in the cards for Sunday. ÌýÌý
Although more flurries were sighted ahead for Dec. 17, future days of sun, moderate weather and overnight lows not extending beyond -10 C overnight were forecasted for much of 2020’s final month in the Assiniboia/Gravelbourg region.Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý
