SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN - Environment Canada has ended the severe watch that was in effect in southeast Saskatchewan.
The advisory was issued Monday just before noon. It was lifted Monday evening for Estevan, Weyburn, Regina and surrounding areas, and then cancelled for Carlyle, Kipling, Moosomin, Redvers, Oxbow, Carnduff, Bienfait and surrounding areas.
Conditions were described as favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that might be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
